Pupils are polite and friendly. They show respect and kindness to all. This is a Jewish school with strong religious and moral foundations. The school builds caring and trusting relationships with pupils and with parents and carers. It has established a true community spirit. This is of great benefit to pupils. The school has high expectations for what pupils can achieve. Pupils realise these expectations. They show positive attitudes to their learning and achieve well in their GCSE examinations. The school prepares pupils well for the next stage of their academic education. The school’s ethos promotes good behaviour. Pupils behave well because they know it is the right thing to do. As they progress through the school, they take increasing responsibility for their own behaviour. This is a calm and orderly school. Pupils are happy here. They enjoy educational visits and take part in activities, including sports and arts and crafts. The school does not teach pupils about two of the protected characteristics. These protected characteristics are sexual orientation and gender reassignment. The school has not had regard to the requirements of the Relationships Education, Relationships and Sex Education and Health Education statutory guidance. The school’s provision for pupils’ personal development requires improvement. It does not give pupils enough knowledge about relationships.

2015 GCSE RESULTSImportant information for parents
Due to number of reforms to GSCE reporting introduced by the government in 2014, such as the exclusion of iGCSE examination results, the official school performance data may not accurately report a school’s full results. For more information, please see About and refer to the section, ‘Why does a school show 0% on its GSCE data dial? In many affected cases, the Average Point Score will also display LOW SCORE as points for iGCSEs and resits are not included.
Schools can upload their full GCSE results by registering for a School Noticeboard. All school results data will be verified.
