School Description

Pupils at Brooke School have a statement of special educational needs for moderate or severe learning difficulties. The proportion of pupils who are supported by the pupil premium is above average. This extra government funding supports certain groups of pupils, such as those who are known to be eligible for free school meals. The proportion of pupils from minority ethnic groups and the number of pupils who speak English as an additional language is above average. A number of Year 11 and post-16 pupils attend part-time courses at Warwickshire College and Harris School, Rugby. The proportion of pupils who enter and leave the school at times other than the normal starting points is well above average. Pupils are taught in mixed-aged classes across the school due to the varying numbers in each year group.
