Hertsmere Jewish Primary School is a larger than average primary school serving the area of Radlett. The school has a Jewish religious character. Its most recent Section 48 Pikuach inspection was conducted on 3–4 June 2015 and graded the overall effectiveness of the school as outstanding. The school has recently undergone changes in leadership, including the appointment of a different chair of governors and the addition of some new members of the governing body. The headteacher has very recently been appointed on a substantive basis following a period as acting headteacher. The school has a lower than average proportion of disadvantaged pupils and a lower than average proportion of pupils with SEND.
