School Description

Oaklands Park Special School is a small school with boarding provision. There are currently 18 pupils who board at the school. The school provides for pupils with complex learning difficulties. The school federated with Ratcliffe School on 1 January 2016 and is now part of the Dawlish Federation of Special Schools. The majority of pupils are White British. The proportion of pupils supported by the pupil premium (additional funding for children who are looked after and pupils known to be eligible for free school meals) is just above the national average. There are currently no pupils in the Early Years Foundation Stage. This was part of an aligned inspection with social care who will report their findings separately.
