The academy offers specially resourced provision for up to 10 disabled pupils and those with special educational needs with cognitive delay. The proportion of pupils who join or leave the academy during the school year is above average. The academy meets the government’s current floor standard, which is the minimum expectation for pupils’ attainment and progress in English and mathematics by the end of Year 6. The early years comprises a Nursery that provides part-time sessions and a full-time Reception class. The academy has experienced a significant number of changes to the membership of the staff since the last inspection.
