She receives very good support from members of staff and governors. Staff work effectively as a team and have an effective working relationship with pupils. They provide them with a purposeful learning environment and effective lessons and activities. As a result, nearly all pupils enjoy coming to school, they feel valued and like to take part in the range of activities offered to them. They are proud of their school and their work, and most have positive attitudes to learning. The quality of the care, support and guidance provided by the staff has a positive effect on pupils’ standards and wellbeing and nearly all, including those with special educational needs and those with English as an additional language make good progress and achieve well.
