School Description

Spencer House is a small school in a semi-rural location. It was registered as an independent school in March 2014 and operates under the proprietorship of Bridge4Learning. This was its first standard inspection by Ofsted. The school provides education for a small number of students in the age range 11 to 18 years. There were no post-16 students on the roll of the school at the time of the inspection. Students are placed at the school as a result of behavioural, emotional and social difficulties. They typically have complex difficulties which have prevented them from regular attendance at previous schools. All are in the care of their local authorities and have statements of special educational needs. The school does not use the services of any alternative providers.
