Staff create a happy, caring and inclusive ethos at the school, which fosters a supportive learning environment for pupils. Teachers provide interesting learning experiences for pupils, which meet most pupils’ needs. As a result, pupils are happy to attend, and most behave well and develop positive attitudes to learning. They treat their peers, staff and visitors with respect and take pride in their school. The headteacher provides effective leadership, which provides a clear strategic direction for the school. Staff are dedicated and enthusiastic, and show a strong commitment to promoting continuous and sustainable improvements.
